The first open door day of this year in Gyumri Branch, also free consultation on criminal cases

The first free legal consultation day of 2016 in Gyumri Branch will take place on 21 January, 10.00-18.00, in 1/5 str, G. Nzhdeh, Gyumri.

AM Law firm from now on offers also mediation services.

On the 7^th of September of this year the first qualified mediators of the Republic of Armenia got the certificates, based on the results of mediators qualifying examination.

Chief  legal adviser of AM Law firm attorney Vanik Margaryan is among certified mediators, and as a result AM Law firm will offer also mediation services, corresponding to international standards.

AM Law firm is looking forward to have its participation in the developmentof mediation institute in the Republic of Armenia, which is aimed to promote extrajudicial resolution of disputes via settlement.  The mediator, being an independent third party, will help the parties to reach mutual profitable settlement by avoiding long lasting and expensive judicial procedures. By the result of new legislative regulations the settlement agreement, concluded with the participation of qualified mediators, is a subject of establishment by the court and compulsory enforcement, which will erase the efficiency of mediation.

AM law firm signed a memorandum of cooperation with one of the largest European centers dealing with debt recovery, EULEO organization, which is engaged in debt recovery in the countries of European Union.
As a result of cooperation hereinafter AM law firm can offer its clients the services of debt recovery in the countries of European Union by its reliable partner. 

AM Law Firm hosted the pupils of IAB International Academy of Business

Chief legal adviser of AM law firm acquainted the pupils with the whole process ofwork of the Firm. The children also got acquainted with the employees of the firm. Then took place an educational course, during which was held a discussion on topics such as the main problems of business in law sphere, as well as the directions and the structure of AM law firm.

They also talked about missions and principals of the firm, the professional growth of the employees and about teamwork. There have been sounded a lot of interesting questions and interesting opinions, such as in the sphere of human rights, the judicial system of Armenia and the features of the lawyer.

New start of legal cooperation Armenia-Cyprus

Today Demetrios Demetriades, the founder of DADLAW, the leading law firm in Cyprus, arrived in Armenia. The guest had a meeting in AM law firm with Grigor Minasyan, the managing partner and Narine Sargsyan, chief legal adviser, advocate. The law firm DADLAW has more than a dozen clients, who wish to do business in Armenia. Thus, an agreement was reached between two largest law firms to cooperate for the purpose of legal support in investments in Armenia and Cyprus.

Taking into consideration that AM law firm is the host side in Yerevan of the European Public Law Organization operating in Athens, the above-mentioned cooperation is another step to the development of the long-standing Armenian-Greek amity.

«AM» Law Firm participated in the cycling contest devoted to the Constitution Day

On 5 July a cycling contest devoted to the Constitution Day was held in Yerevan, which was organized with the support of the Ministry of Sport and Youth affairs and GMG MediaGroup.

More than 60 cyclists were participating  in the race, including the representatives of AM Law Firm team.  Davit Hunanyan, chief legal adviser, partner, Vardan Harutyunyan, senior legal adviser and Artyom Stepanyan, legal adviser had a serious approach towards the race and, at the same time got a  great satisfaction from their participation.
